Welcome to DailyOTC (“DailyOTC,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.dailyotc.com (the “Site”), any related pages or services, and any purchase you make through DailyOTC.
By accessing the Site, creating an account, communicating with us, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
To reduce disputes, the following definitions apply:
“Customer,” “you,” “your” means the person using the Site and/or placing an order.
“Products” means any items listed or sold through DailyOTC.
“Order” means a purchase request submitted through the Site.
“Destination Country” means the country where the Order is delivered or attempted to be delivered.
“Carrier” means postal services, couriers, freight forwarders, and any delivery partners.
“Customs / Authorities” includes customs agencies, border control, health regulators, postal authorities, and any government entity involved in clearance or delivery.
“Importer of Record” means the person legally responsible for import compliance in the Destination Country (this is typically the recipient/customer, not DailyOTC).
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and place orders.
You are responsible for all activity under your account (including any purchases), and for keeping login credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, policy violations, or abuse.
You agree not to:
use the Site for unlawful purposes;
attempt to bypass security or access restricted systems;
transmit malware, bots, or harmful code;
interfere with Site performance or integrity;
scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse Site content or systems;
misuse discount codes, referral systems, or payment methods.
We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take other action if we suspect misuse.
By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, SMS where offered, site notifications).
Order communications (receipt, shipment updates, service notices) are considered transactional and may be sent even if you opt out of marketing.
You are responsible for ensuring our emails can be received (correct email address, spam filtering, etc.).
The Site content is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, legal advice, or regulatory advice.
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals as appropriate.
You assume all risk for product selection, use, and suitability.
Products sold through DailyOTC are intended for personal use only.
You may not purchase for resale, redistribution, repackaging, or commercial import/export.
We may limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict accounts if we believe purchasing patterns are inconsistent with personal use or indicate diversion/resale.
DailyOTC does not sell or ship items we believe to be controlled, illicit, or prohibited in our discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
we suspect fraud or abuse;
the destination appears high-risk for seizures or disputes;
the items appear restricted for that destination;
the order appears inconsistent with personal use;
compliance concerns are raised by a Carrier or Authority.
We may request additional verification before fulfilling an order (such as identity confirmation, address confirmation, or other lawful verification).
We attempt to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, packaging, labeling, images, country-of-origin, instructions, or availability are complete, current, or error-free.
Manufacturers may change packaging, ingredients, appearance, or naming without notice.
If a listing has an obvious error (including price), we may correct it and cancel or adjust the order as permitted by law.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm fulfillment/dispatch (or otherwise indicate acceptance).
We may cancel an order before dispatch for any reason including stock issues, payment concerns, compliance risk, suspected abuse, or suspected restriction issues.
If we cancel before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method unless a different remedy is required by law.
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Prices and shipping rates may change at any time.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes collected at checkout.
USA taxes: Depending on your delivery location, we may collect applicable sales tax where required.
If a payment is declined, reversed, flagged, or appears unauthorized, we may cancel the order and restrict your account.
Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on inventory, routing, and destination.
We may split an order into multiple shipments.
Shipment origin may vary (including international fulfillment partners). Origin and routing are not guaranteed.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. International shipments commonly experience delays due to routing, customs backlog, weather, and Carrier issues.
Unless mandatory local law states otherwise, risk of loss transfers when the shipment is tendered to the Carrier.
If the Carrier marks an item “Delivered” (including mailbox/parcel locker), we treat it as delivered. Customers should promptly check:
building mailroom/parcel lockers,
neighbors or household members,
safe drop locations,
the Carrier directly for GPS/photo proof where available.
If you use a freight forwarder or third-party receiving service, delivery to that service is considered delivery to you, and we are not responsible for internal handling after delivery.
This section is critical and applies to all international orders.
Laws and enforcement vary widely by country and can change without notice.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and will comply with the laws in your Destination Country regarding:
personal import rules,
possession rules,
personal use rules,
labeling/documentation requirements,
any health regulator requirements,
any quantity limits.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that items you order are lawful for you to import, possess, and use in your jurisdiction.
For international orders, the recipient/customer is typically the Importer of Record and is responsible for:
responding to Customs/Carrier requests,
providing any documentation requested by Customs/Carrier,
paying VAT, duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or handling charges,
completing any required steps within deadlines.
DailyOTC does not act as your customs broker and cannot guarantee clearance.
Shipments may be inspected, delayed, refused, returned, seized, or destroyed by Customs/Authorities. DailyOTC:
does not guarantee customs clearance;
does not guarantee delivery timeframes;
is not responsible for decisions made by Customs/Authorities.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout:
all VAT, duties, brokerage, handling fees, and governmental charges are the customer’s responsibility;
failure to pay or respond is treated as customer inaction.
If you claim the shipment was “illegal,” “seized,” “destroyed,” “fined,” or otherwise blocked for regulatory reasons, you must provide official documentation (such as a written notice with a reference/case number) showing:
the stated reason,
the required action (if any),
the final disposition (release/return/disposal),
the amount/type of charge (VAT/clearance vs. penalty).
Without official documentation, DailyOTC will rely on Carrier tracking and standard customs procedures.
Because many items may be hygiene- or safety-sensitive, and because international returns can be restricted or infeasible, the following applies:
Once an order has shipped, we generally do not accept returns, except where required by law. Any remedy (refund, reshipment, replacement, store credit) is offered at DailyOTC’s discretion unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Customers must provide a complete, accurate delivery address. If an order is undeliverable or misdelivered due to an address error provided by the customer, you may not be eligible for a refund. If a package returns to sender, reshipment may be offered at your expense, subject to condition and restrictions.
If a Carrier confirms a shipment is lost (not merely delayed), we may assist with a trace and may offer a remedy at our discretion unless required by law.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you must notify us promptly. We may ask you to:
contact the Carrier,
request delivery confirmation (GPS/photo, where available),
check building mailrooms/parcel lockers.
Remedies are not guaranteed.
If an order is refused, detained, held, seized, destroyed, abandoned, or returned by Customs/Authorities due to:
recipient non-payment of VAT/duties/fees,
recipient failure to provide documentation,
Destination Country restrictions,
enforcement discretion,
or any other customs action,
then the order is not eligible for a refund, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If a parcel is returned to sender and actually received back by us, we may (at our discretion) offer:
reshipment (customer pays shipping), or
store credit for product value (excluding shipping), subject to condition and any legal restrictions.
If the parcel is not returned to us (e.g., destroyed/disposed), we cannot refund for items not recovered.
You agree to contact DailyOTC first to attempt resolution. If you file a payment dispute/chargeback, we may provide order records, tracking, correspondence, and policy excerpts to the payment provider. Abuse of disputes may result in account restriction or refusal of future orders.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have statutory rights under consumer protection laws. Certain items may be exempt from withdrawal/return rights (including sealed goods for health protection or hygiene once unsealed). Where applicable law grants a right to withdraw, it applies only to the extent it is legally required for the specific product category and condition.
Consumer rights vary by state. These Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you are an Australian consumer, our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
We may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices, and your use is at your own risk.
All Site content (text, images, graphics, logos, product listing structure, and design elements) is owned by DailyOTC or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DailyOTC and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including losses arising from:
Customs/Authority actions (holds, delays, refusals, seizures, disposal),
Carrier delays or disruptions,
product misuse or adverse reactions,
reliance on Site content,
unauthorized access or security incidents,
interruptions or errors in Site operation.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to DailyOTC for the applicable order (or the minimum amount permitted by law), whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailyOTC and its owners, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
your use of the Site,
your import/possession/use of Products,
your violation of these Terms,
your violation of local laws in the Destination Country.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including customs actions, Carrier disruptions, labor strikes, weather, war, regulatory changes, embargoes, or system outages.
We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or refuse service at any time for suspected fraud, prohibited activity, compliance concerns, or abuse.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
