No. DailyOTC does not offer customer registration accounts. This is intentional and helps us collect and store less personal data.

We want to keep things simple and privacy first. By not offering accounts, we reduce the amount of customer information we retain long term. You can still place orders normally and receive tracking and updates by email.

We will at times however need your phone number and email for shipping and customs. Carriers or customs officials may contact you if they need identity confirmation, delivery coordination, or payment of duties, VAT, or import fees before your package can be released.

We aim to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, labeling, packaging, or availability are complete, current, or error free, and manufacturers may change packaging without notice. If you have a question about a specific item you received, contact support with your order details.

We use customer information to process payment, fulfill orders, and handle shipping and customs. We may share necessary details with service providers involved in payment processing and shipping to complete your order.

Orders and Cancelation

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Simply email us within 24 hours and we will cancel your order. All orders after 24 hours are typically locked in and cannot be cancelled.

How long does shipping and delivery take?

Shipping occurs within 5 to 7 business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

You can expect delivery to your doorstep within 1 to 2 weeks.

Shipping costs vary by location and may change over time. For the best value, we recommend ordering enough items to make the most of each shipment.

Yes, you will receive your tracking number by email after you place an order with us. If you pay using PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer, you may be prompted to provide your email and other details. This information is used only for customs and order fulfillment.

Possibly. Some countries charge duties, VAT, or import fees that are collected by customs or the carrier. These fees are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.

Reshipments are not guaranteed. Remedies such as reshipments, replacements, refunds, or store credit are generally provided only at DailyOTC’s sole discretion, except where required by law. If a reshipment is offered, we may request supporting information and choose the remedy type.

Notify us promptly. You may be asked to check with the carrier, your building or front desk, neighbors, mailbox area, and any safe drop locations. Remedies in delivered scan situations are not guaranteed.
